Had Speech Day today. Luckily it rained an hour before the parade started so it was still cool. GOH contingent wasn't as good as that from 2008, but the flag party was alright.

Went to Seoul Garden @ Causeway after that and sat there for 3 hours. Pictures uploaded on Facebook by tomorrow.

Picnic-ed at Marina Barrage today with Nabilah, Shaera, Jiewei, Ika, Shobanu and Annabelle. We reached at 3+ near 4. Prasaanth, Ross guy, Rudy and Zul joined us around 5.

We played a few games and flew kites. The wind was so strong that Prasaanth and Zul's string snapped and their kite flew away. When I launched the kite, Nabilah suddenly let go of the handle and our kite took off, accidentally hitting someone in the process.

We stayed for Earth Hour and left about 9+. Reached Yishun and dinnered with them till 11.30 and went home.

Had Freestyle Competition on Saturday. We came in 6th out of 16 which was still pretty awesome. Found out later that we lost 5th place by 0.5 points.

Though I'm like 2 months, 17 days, 3 hours and 30 minutes late, Happy 2010 !
I've been lazy to update, couldn't sleep tonight so I thought of trying to revive my blog.

Went to Orchard Cineleisure with Nabilah, Weifeng, Rudy, Robin, Celeen, Shaera and Ross yesterday (16.3.10) to catch Alice In Wonderland 3D.

In my opinion, the 3D wasn't worth it, but the others seemed to enjoy it. We were suppose to meet at 1 but ended up watching the 4.30 show because they insisted on watching it in 3D, so we walked around Orchard.

Didn't felt like going home early that day so Nabilah, Weifeng, Shaera and I went to the Esplanade. There was this band performing at the lounge area, which was awesome by the way. Their vocals were really good and throughout their performance, an old man was dancing to all their songs. So I guess he's really kinds fit cause he didn't seem out of breath. After which we went to the Esplanade Rooftop to chill, took loads of pictures while we were there.

We took like 124 photos throughout the entire outing. The rest can be found in Nabilah's Facebook. We left at like 10.

Next outing would probably be either Sentosa, which we have been wanting to do so for a very long time or after the Freestyle competition to celebrate not making it into the Grand Finals or our Victory, both of which are good news, to us.

Got back from Mt. Ophir today, had a rather great time. Trekked up to the summit in 5 hours yesterday, the view was great, it was rather cold and we were like literally above the clouds. Then the trek down was super depressing. Walked 3 hours in the rain to base camp after that. Walked another 1 hour plus along the road again this morning. Rudy, Weifeng and I like totally sang the entire time while walking. It kinda got me addicted to Westlife.

Went home to unpack and change to meet Roshan and gang to eat. Slacked and went to make specs. Looks kinda thick-ish normal, like those NS-men specs. Will only be getting it on Monday.

Went to Sentosa with Weifeng, Cherlele, Fangying, Linyong, Robin and Jiewei yesterday. Had loads of fun. The girls sat under the shade reading and chatting while we tanned. Jiewei got uber tanned, Weifeng got super tanned, Robin got tanned and I didn't get tanned :(

Went to Vivo after, walked around and bought a pair of sandals from New Urban Male, exactly like the one in the picture. Went home after, ate dinner and kinda knocked out. My back hurts now cause its kinda burnt or something so I can't sit back.

Just came back from school, studied a little.
Finally got my iPod back and realise my earpiece is spoil.
Gonna unplug my power cable later tonight and get my brother to hide it somewhere, its the only way I can force myself to study. So basically, won't be online till after EOY.

Didn't went to the picnic celebrating Jinghui's birthday last saturday cause' I went to my uncle's birthday celebration.
Went to the Dozo Restaurant at somewhere called Valley Point or something. Anyways it was freaking fancy and nice.

The starter . Its like Scallop in the middle, smoked salmon on the left and beef on the right.

Its like Apple Juice + Guava Juice. Its called ' Apple Melody '.

Beef Tenderloin cooked on the hot stone. Pretty cool.The supposed birthday cake, serving for 1.

Started playing World Of Warcraft again today, may plan to continue again. Though it burns a deep deep hole in my pocket, its quite time consuming, but it keeps me busy. Had literature today and yesterday. Today was much better because the lecturer was much more spontaneous then Darren Shiau.

Went to eat after that. Then went to watch Terminator : Salvation.
Opinion ? Disappointing. It was beating around the bush to say that it hasn't ended. And I guess Cherlele was right, whatever they used was always gone in less then 5 minutes.

Current mood is very very very moody. Cause' next whole week packed with NCC _|_ so once again NCC has taken away my school holiday from me. But then I'm also looking forward to Australia, 19th - 26th. Its sorta like a half vacation half family reunion. Being that half the time I'll be vacationing in Sydney, then after that moving somewhere with my brother to Melbourne to visit my father and his new family. And cause' of it I won't be attending Spec Course with the rest because it clashes with my flight. So the 2nd week of holiday I'll probably be free.

Anyways nothing interesting happened today, I'm so gonna find time to buy a book that Cherlele recommended me. By some called Tierse something something, I think. Anyways first 2 chapters of 'Surgeon' was rather interesting.

Didn't know changing skins would be such hard work. Spent like almost an hour or maybe more just finding a skin and editing. But I'm happy with it.
Watched The Uninvited today. It seemed really predictable but its not! You'll think you guessed it but you don't. It scores well on plot but not so well on horror which is somewhat okay because the movie was focused more on the storyline.

Didn't do much today other then the movie. Was actually going to Vivo to catch a movie but canceled in the end. Was going swimming because the movie was canceled but didn't because Prasaanth and Wenxuan suddenly decided not to go. Was waiting for them but they didn't even call to say they changed their minds.

Nothing much now, Monday is tomorrow. Its the last week of school to the holidays but still, its Monday. Kinda boring. Plus I'm gonna cut my hair soon, the back is too long.

Anywhoos, tonight was quite saddening D: . Made me come to remember and realise that I have absolutely no know-how on comforting people. So you can say that all I do to consoling myself is just shove my problems to the back of my memory bank together with all the birthdates of everyone I know, lock it up and forget about it. It sorts of explains why I can never remember people's birthdays. The only words that I am capable of saying now and probably is the much more distant future is " Aiya chill la " . Quite comforting words isn't it ?

And I suppose it'll probably never change, unless someone in the hopefully not too distant future actually comes up with a 911 on 'consoling and comforting tutorial', it'll have to do.

Its actually 1.24AM already. Didn't go school on friday because I was lazy and I couldn't be bothered with NCC. Went to watch a movie in the afternoon with Kelvin and Jiewei.

It was quite alright. The movie was sort of predictable at the end, and its not as thrilling as The Da Vinci Code in my honest opinion. But it was alright for an overall.

Had school as usual today. Turns out I just passed my combined humanities. But my science failed badly. I had 22.5 / 70 for Physics. So guess it'll pull down my total science score.

Went to broadway after school for awhile, then went to subway with Jerica, Joyce & Weifeng. Tried the Subway Meltz today, it was like so ... AWESOME . Though it doesn't come with a meal ;[ . After awhile Fangying, Linyong, Cherlele, Rizudin and Jinghui came. So after we ate finish, Fangying and Cherlele went home and Weifeng went back to school for NCC meeting. Then Joyce, Linyong, Rizudin, Jinghui and I accompanied Jerica to find Zali. So we went to popular and for some reason, Jerica was playing Hard to get with him. When they finally spoke, we left and went home.

When to Civic Centre to help Fangying pay some stuff then took the bus home.

I was chatting with my brother just now and he showed me something funny. No offense to the guy though.

Got my POA paper back today. Despite only attempting like 1 and 1/2 questions, I got 19 1/2 marks which was more then I expected. Left POA class after 1 period for some Emotional Workshop. VP said it was targeted especially for secondary 3 so obviously they think we're like suicidal ? Anyways after the workshop we got our total maths paper marks. I scored like 25% of the overall.

After school, went to broadway awhile then went to subway with Robin & Jinghui. I ate the cold cut trio as usual, tried the sweet onion sauce and overall my entire meal was too sweet. So I got a headache -.- . After that we were bored so we went around doing stupid things .

Today was sort of depressing. Wasn't planning on going to school today but changed my mind last minute. Everyone expected not to have lessons today and instead we were planning to play poker cards. Turns out they were returning papers already and wasn't ready for them. I actually expected to do maybe slightly above average if not just fair. But turns out I'm gonna fail like 5 subjects.

Science ; I had 55 for chemistry. Expected better since it was an easy paper.
; Haven't got back physics but it was tough, so I was depending on chemistry to pull my science up.

Result (?) : Fail

POA ; I didn't get to finish the paper because I was stuck at the trial balance for 40 minutes.

Result (?) : Fail

Mother Tongue & Maths ; This 2 subjects I actually expected to fail. 22.5 & 8 for paper 1 respectively.

Result (?) : Obviously & Confirm Fail

Combined Humanities ; Was the last subject that I expected to fail, instead I actually thought I would fair pretty well. But then turns out I got like 9/30 for History & 6/30 for Social Studies. Super disappointing. I written quite a lot but in the end I realized I didn't score well because I didn't list the impacts, and causes first.

Result (?) : Total Epic PHAIL

So after school went to broadway, withdrew cash to eat then went home.

And I'm back to square one.

Had POA paper today and I totally flunked it. There was like 4 questions, I did the first in 20 minutes but got stuck at the second one for the rest of the 40 minutes because I couldn't balance it. So basically it was a total epic phail. But at least now exams are over. Even though I never really studied. I only looked through notes the morning of the paper.

After POA we went to broadway a while. Prasaanth has this big blister and blood clot lookalike thats really disgusting. After broadway I went to Ikea with Jerica, Linyong, Weifeng, Jinghui, Rizudin and Robin. We went there just to eat the hotdog bread and for Robin to buy a topple ware/jewelery box for his sister. So we took 969 which was like an hour plus long bus ride.

We were walking around Tampines 1 at first, then we saw this group of girls from another secondary school. They were like Secondary 1 and for some reason, we kept walking passed them. Then Rizudin started to get excited and kept wanting to pass by them again. So we went in an order like, Jinghui and Jerica walked first, then Rizudin and Robin were in the middle, Weifeng, Linyong and I were walking at the back. So when we walked past, they sort of knew we were like looking at them. So they were staring at Jinghui , then they stared at Weifeng and they were like super high. In my opinion, I think they were high cause they thought we were looking at them cause they were chio, but I don't think anyone think so.

So after we walked through the entire mall, we finally took the shuttle bus to Ikea. We were waiting and playing the 'murderer' game which was like so fun to me and it started to rain. When we got into the bus, we were slightly drenched.

After Ikea, Jerica & Linyong went home. Was hesitant at first, although I was damn tired, I didn't feel like going home alone. So Weifeng and I was like debating on whether to go or not. He decided to stay around. When I reached the entrance I finally felt like going home, but then the shuttle bus left. So I just went to giant with Rizudin, Robin, Jinghui and Weifeng.

Walked around at Giant and then bus-ed back to Yishun then took the train from there.

Gonna watch 'The Simpsons' now.

Just watched Monster's Inc . It was kinda cute and its been a long time since I've seen it . Tomorrow is POA and its the last paper ! Thank God . But the saddening thing is that only we have to wake up in the morning just to take the paper that only last 1 hour . Lucky for the F&N and D&T. Pffft, I'll be doing some quick revision after this and hopefully something goes into my head .

Its like everyone is playing this already . Its thrilling and fun, especially hearing people screaming through the mic . But then again its kinda limited so I don't see myself playing every night .

Guess I'll go study now, hope I don't fall asleep .
